If a delegate’s cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the conference, the registration, less 25%, refund will be given. If a delegate’s cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the conference, no refund will be given, but you may substitute the delegate’s name with another. Please email [email protected] if you wish to cancel a registration or substitute a delegate.
